It's been talked about for a year or so but it's nice to see an imminent release. Where did you see the ad?

Now there it is. Smallbox 50 in pcb form at a price point more folks can get into. Nice.
Hopefully Friedman will have good luck with the production of these new amps.

Looking forward to hearing some clips of these soon. Hand wired or pcb does not matter to me as long as the tone is there.

Hopefully it's more like the BE100 lead channel than the Smallbox. I like the Smallbox but I prefer more gain on tap personally.

Apparently it has a BE inspired OD channel

Love the BE100 tone, this looks like a worth while amp. I've also asked Dave about a 1x12 Combo within this format.

The Instagram from Matts Music lists the combos at $1499 and $1999, but doesn't say the format. One could assume 1x12 going by past Friedman combos.

Man, I hate this. I thought "I'm done with amps/anything I would want at this point is way out of my price range", then this drops......

I finally got to try a Friedman BE-100 a couple of days ago at a local shop and it was really, really nice! This looks like a great idea and I would be interested in one!

I assume it's inspired by the BE in the same way that most Soldano amps are variations (but not idential) to the SLO?

Wow. Might be a gamechanger for me. A BE- is my dream amp, but I can't justify the price. This just might be the ticket.

    Thank you, Echoplexi!

I would buy a cheaper PCB Dirty Shirley combo in a heart beat.

Well... who am I kidding. I know I'll eventually buy a DS anyway, but if there was a cheaper PCB option I'd jump on it NOW.

I hope the 20W version has gotten the BE thing right... I played PT20 and it wasn't anything to write home about. DS mini on the other hand was great. I was looking at Badgers but if this one comes out, this might be the ticket!
