This is from a whole pile of bop demos/stuff from years ago-(guess!!!).

No guitar-but if I ever have time I will try-anyone else is welcome to it as a BT-its all charted[somewhere!?]

Its the piano solo + a bit of the head/out-the solo has been 'semi' quantized over the years!

    FRUSTRATION

Yea John...swinging on the 88's......were you a piano or guitar player first?
Those sound like the original 01w horns...(or earlier?)
    great.....you are too good...........

I think the horns were JV1080-which I bounced to audio when I first got logic audio-but still I cant find better samples[that you can actually play!]-
I know have a cheap horn GM midi VST plug-in [VC?]-its almost as good-
kepping everything in the box is soooo convenient.

i started off with the kiddie piano stuff & dropped it as soon as I found
guitar---then I went back to piano and did the whole study/jazz thing/fakebook/ in my teens-so i guess thats my official training.

I think I wrote this stuff in 90-91----I hope one nite it will see the lite of day !
someone has to play guitar on it tho-as this is a guitar form-so I dont get busted!:jo

    thanks Paul-Sub.

You are a freak of nature. A very high percentage of everything I've heard from you blows me away. I wanna be you my next time around - too late this lifetime!

Wow, you are one talented dude.

Great feel, playing, nice writing. Hope that you get to play it out with a band sometime.

i think i put alotta time into the bop stuff writing/arranging etc.
-never stuck it out as player tho..roknroll & drugs were too much fun!

-if you can stomache really bad guitar tone-ill put up clips of my fusion band from back then[89-90ish] -i think i used a Roland guitar rack fx thang-just dreadful!]
    :BEER

    thanks Ihallam.

anyhow-im glad ya aprreciate the jazz-shock value!
-i pull this stuff out every coupla years & tweak it-thinking
one day Ill be able to whip off guitar bop lines on it-
    however....:::::horse
