And feel free to poke through more photos here: http://s972.photobucket.com/user/poolshark411/slideshow/Slightly Dangerous?sort=3

This is a parts build that I tweaked, finished and assembled myself, inspired by Danocaster's Heretic Telecaster. Super light weight body, big fat neck, nitro finish (save the back of the neck, which is oiled). Probably ~6lbs wet, but if necessary, I can provide more exact measurements this evening. Neck position sounds very full and percussive (like a Jazzmaster freakin' should), and the bridge is Bakersfield all the way. Low action, and she stays in tune like a rock.

As far as why I'm selling (and whether or not you care), I looked at this one this morning and, for the first time since I built it, considered cannibalizing it for parts. Shameful, really, but it's a novelty in my rotation, and I have other builds that could use a neck, electronics, pickups and the like. Make no mistake, this is a killer guitar - but if you want to see it again in one piece, there's only one way that's going to happen. ;)

    Specs in further detail:

-Paulownia body, aged/played shell pink nitro
-Allparts TRO-FAT, tru oil finish, bone nut, lacquered headstock
-Fender tuners and hardware (including the AVRI bridge, which I love)
-Electrosocket jack cup, which I also love
-GFS 'vintage' wind JM neck pickup, pro series '63 overwound bridge pickup
    -CTS pots, orange drop cap

Thanks! Had a lot of fun putting it together, tweaking it just so, etc.

Beautiful! If someone buys my G&L Broadcaster I can rationalize buying this.
