1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

I am going on a business trip to Kansas City this month for a week and I obviously cannot take my Fuchs TDS 50 with me and I plan on hitting a few of the blues jams while I am there.

I love the warm, smooth sustain that my Fuchs TDS 50 provides. Is there a pedal I could get and take with me that would work with the clean of any amp that provides similar sustain and overdrive?

While I am not a Fuchs or Dumble style player, I have read good reviews of the Hermida Zendrive here at TGP. Also, you might want to try the Zendrive 2 which actually uses a 12ax7 tube. There are other Dumble pedals out there too like the Menatone Howie and HAO Rumble Mod

I'm quite happy with my Rumble MOD but the Barber LTD is a nice cost-effective alternative.

The Zen has the TONE but if you want more gain for singing leads then the Hermida Mosferatu is what you want.
