Fuchs ODS with attenuator?

I have an ODS HRM that I want to run with an attenuator at home to get a little more oomph at lower volumes (the master volume on it's great, but I'd like to just get it a little higher, maybe 2 or 3 clicks of the attenuator). On the website, Fuchs lists the Lucky 7 as having "an attenuator friendly circuit". Does this mean my ODS has an "unfriendly" circuit when it comes to attenuators? Anyone have any experience with this. I'd contact Fuchs but it's Sunday and was just wondering if anyone' s already broached this issue. thanks.

Honestly, if you are using for a db or two, you should be fine. It's guys who want a 100_W amp to play at bedroom volumes dimed that worry us......

Yeah, like I said, your master volume is great, but the amp's 100 watts. (I know, I could have bought the 30w ODS if I was going to be playing in my apartment alot, but the HRM was just so damned addictive to my ears!). If I could just bring the master up a hair with the help of an attenuator it would be perfect. Any suggestions Andy?

Do you use your effects loop? I use mine on series, crank the volume, and use the return as my master volume.

Do you have effects in the loop when you do this?

Great tone on all your clips btw.

Thanks, I have an old Rocktron Intellifex for delay. Thats it. Not the best modern delay but the dry signal never gets converted to digital. Someday will upgrade to a G major 2 and use a suhr minimix. I know you can set the Fuch's loop for parallel, but I had a bright cap installed and like the master up to regulate that. (ie the higher the volume, the less the bright cap effects the tone) Sounds weird but it works.

You'll get better tone at lower volume by simply having Andy add a post-FX-loop global master volume. I've been through all of the best attenuators and this works better.
