    Hey guys,

I've just picked up a Fuchs Luck7 Head and I am planning on building a speaker cab to go with it.

The Fuchs Head is 7 watt all tube with a more Marshall / Trainwreck style tone in contrast to other Fuchs models which are more D*mble style.

    I was thinking of building a 2 x 10" as I feel a 2 x 12" might be a bit big for a 7watt amp to be driving.

Anyway guys, I was hoping for some recommendations. Should I go with a 2 x 10" or 2 x 12"? Any particular speakers you could recommend?

    Cheers,

    Cat

With that amp I would go with the 2x10. I play through a Lucky Seven through a 2x12 and a Dr. Z 2x10. The 2x10 sounded way better to me IMO.

Not sure what speakers they are, the Dr. Z website says they have their own label for the 10's. Might be Weber, Celestion or eminence, not sure who makes them for Z.
