My new fulldrive's output fades out constantly. Does anyone have any idea what could cause such thing? It sounds like the it fades on the input side.

Try spraying your switches /jacks/pots with Caig De-Oxit first...dirt can cause amazing gremlins...
Course if its new warranty is an option

Is the power cable fully plugged in at the pedal AND at the power supply?

I can't tell you how often this has happened to me....

My FD2 did that. It was caused by cold/broken solder connections at the input and output jacks.

A little touch up with flux and a soldering iron fixed it.

Interesting... Weird that these are supposed to be boutique pedals, yet this is the only stomp that has failed on me, and right out of the gate at that... Oh well.

By far, the most common point of failure in this type of pedal is the footswitch itself. It is a mechanical device with moving parts, and can fail with the symptoms you describe. Does pushing it down lightly (not to the point of it switching over) seem to affect the issue? If so, it's most likely the switch that needs replacing.
