I can't believe this pedal isn't talked much about here. I got one in the mail this morning and it's just killer!

Built like a freaking tank, it's heavy. Takes less space on your board than a Mooer thanks to all top-mounted jacks. Exactly half the width of the Timmy with the plugs in.

Boost is transparent and beautiful, but there's some magic happening with the dynamics control. Halfway up it's like a very mild compressor that feels awesome.

Hard to "demo" a pretty transparent boost, but here's what it does to my EVH 5150 III 50w clean channel.
The amps clean is a bit too clean, and the 2B gives it a bit of nice hair, and brings the volume up to the same as the blue dirt channel, perfect match for it.

Oh and I forgot, they even made room for a 9V battery in it.

@Blix I really regret selling mine. I already have a Cleanness and a SHO, so already covered, but the 2B is blindingly good. Always recommend it.

    Yeah it's seriously killer!

I kinda bought it half drunk a one night, and I don't regret it for a second!

Also a big fan of the 2B. I needed a quality buffer before my ABY switch to keep signal strength. I still get a great boost in addition to this buffer. Love Fulltone stuff, this included!

Would this be a good choice for boosting another dirt pedal -- say, just as a random example -- a MP Royal Blue?

Great stuff. I was looking at that as I own several Fulltone pedals, but I decided to try the J Rockett Lenny to try to achieve the similar results, (Loud, Pushed), as I'm a Strat player. But the 2B really does a wonderful job.

Thanks. Although, the RB manual says not to place it after a buffered pedal, but I've tested that, and can't seem to tell a difference. Looking for a boost for a small grab/go board and this may work well.

I have the FD-3 which has this built in the boost side and it is always on. The dynamic knob like you said is basically a mini compressor that compresses more as you turn it clockwise and I adjust mine depending on which dirt pedal I'm feeding into it. I had a original first 100 made FD-3 but now I have a new one with the new buffer in it and it's even better. My strat loves it for sure as I've read that Mike Fuller is a strat player so his pedals favor them more.

Yeah he started putting them in around units #2550 and higher. He has the exact number on his website. I have #3174 or something around that.

I forgot to add it was a screaming bargain too at $103,20
And they threw in a 15 foot Fulltone Gold cable as well.
