fulltone technical support

    does anyone know how long it usually takes fulltone to respond to technical support emails?
    i sent one out a week ago and i'm just wondering how long i should expect to wait.

    I had same day responses. Sometimes it took a day or two.

    Is it something someone could answer here? In any case, whenever something like this, I would just send a copy (from outbox) again, asking nicely if maybe it was overlooked, and if you could get a reply?

    i got a response and sent my pedal in, but does anyone know how long repairs take.. on average? or how much they usually cost?

    I had a less than 24 hour reply on some Fulldrive issues. I sent a second question back to them and that was responded to in 4 or 5 hours.
