Solo gigging at Monterey's Farmer's Market during Sunset as a chilly ocean breeze penetrates the air & into my bones ...
(Homeless guy starts to try to play harmonic with me at about 2:00 in ,,, lol)

I was freezing ... the temperature dropped so much after Sunset that I had to pack up because I just couldn't play anymore.
The chill went straight into my fingers ...

Thanks .. as for the homeless fellow ...
Maybe if he had a chromatic harmonica that he could play I might of ...
The City of Monterey hires me to play that gig at the end of main street
in order to attract folk down the street in order to benefit the vendors ..
They would have frowned on it if I had jammed with them ..

That Tele looks alot like a 1986 Japanese made Tele a co-worker of mine bought. Same color and all, nice guitar!

    Liked the music.

Do you still use your Tonelab LE?

Cool stuff man ! The homeless guy actually sounded decent for a second ! Nice he backed off when you motioned, usually, I'm not that lucky ! I liked it...What do you blow your backing tracks through ?? A bass amp or something ? Ohhh, never mind, just saw the Bose stick...Sounds real full !!

Dat's what it is ... ;)Thanks Brian ...

Thanks ... the Tele is a 2010 Deluxe model with the compound radius ...
Yes, but mostly for studio calls and/or backup these days ...
It definitely still has it's place in my arsenal ...

Dug that Joe. Looks like you're still diggin' the new tele. I want that gig bag.

Loved the kids too. The little guy had his gaze fixed on you; just mesmerized, a future badass guitar player no doubt. The way you're dressed and the street view looked like it could have been way up here in Halifax today. Must be cold down there.

Sometime the Evil Eye works ...

Have U tried the Bose L1 to run tracks thru Frankie?
It really helps to sound live ...

    Thanks...

Thanks Gary ... yeah the gig bag always gets a reaction ...
Sometimes the kids just make it all worth while ... I simply love when they get off on the music ...

Yes, it was very cold ... probably warm in comparison to where U come from!!

Cool backing track. Is it G - A - Bm? Kind of a Bm aeolian thing?
B section is C - Ab? Cool vibe.

The wah is a bit much for my tastes, and your lines drift out of key in a couple of places, but otherwise a very 'chill' performance...

You could think of the verse modally in B Dorian ..Sure, that will work ..
just one note might clash but its all in how U resolve it (lol)

The lines that drift out of key you hear,
    are intentionally drifting ... lol
That's what I hear in my head. they are not mistakes ...

& it was a "chill" performance indeed ... it was a really cold day for Monterey

Glad you enjoyed it ... thanks

Really enjoyed that. Thanks. And as a native-born Californian, I know that it's not warm and sunny there all the time. :) Is the backing track available somewhere?

My mistake, I meant aeolian. Very drifty.

Oh, you poor guy! ;) Just kidding...
