tasty lines! awesome tone!
Loved it Tomo! Great tones. I really dug it.
Thank you very much! It's small body.. nice big tone.
Nice lines and feel.
You're brave to post solo guitar stuff like this
I dug it.
What a beautiful guitar!
Thanks Scott! It got really nice tone... I love this guitar.
Very tasty and funky stuff Tomo... Really enjoyed it!
Thanks for your kind words. I love and respect what Joe Pass can do... I don't know many licks.. so I like to make some rhythmic variation.. solo guitar style challenges me to hear besides my guitar part. It's fun! If something is not right... it's easy to blame who!
Gee I wish I could do this kind of playing!
(Not enough to actually learn it and practice my ass off, but I still wish it! )
Thank you so much for listening.... speaking of Funk... I have been listening Led Zeppelin 's box set... I love that groove, riffs.
Wow - very tasty Nice one!
Thank you so much, David!
Which part? Bluesy Funky? or jazz side? I mixed some styles... so if you work on each part to prepare... not so hard to get...
Larry Carlton is my hero... I transcribed his Room 335 solo.. but I didn't know chords... that point me to jazz... so listen to Joe Pass... Wes... Jim Hall... Coleman Howkins... Parker... all that...
Then I thought I can play the blues... "Not!" I spent several years just listening to old blues records... avoid jazz for a while... I worked on each part of mix music bag.
Another Tomo "Cooler then Cool" clip from the Archives of TGP Treasures ...
