Saw this inside my thd hotplate and thought some of you may get a kick out of it.

When I did PCB design as my main job, the other engineers always tried to get me to do stuff like this. Alas I never did, figured nobody would see it, and it could only get me into trouble. Management back then had no sense of humor.
But we did have a piece of equipment that played Dixie when you put it into calibration mode.
Actually the Hot Plate PCB is very interesting, it's in negative text (i.e. the text is made by voids in the copper, not by copper items). In most layout apps I've seen, it means that layer was a plane layer. That's an unusual way to do a PCB design unless you want to keep as much copper on the layer as possible.
