    I just got an Elmwood M60 (www.elmwood.se) .
AMAZING stuff and I was stoked about the FX loop since I use A LOT of delay.
BUT it's not working the way I want it to.

When setting the DL4 to 100% wet and then adjusting the wet/dry mix on the AMP (this should be the optimal setup as you don't get any direct sound in the loop) the level drops pretty much in relation to the unprocessed.

Elmwood says the loop operates at -10, is this why?

I could set the mix on the amp to 100% and the set the wet/dry on the DL4 but this doesnt sound as good even though you get a good level.

Any other way to do it?

I don't think the DL4 is designed to work at -10dB.
DL4 could have been great, but they cut too many corners.
I guess they figured, 'it's a stompbox, so it won't need to work with a loop'.
