G&L ASAT Classic Tribute!

    A friend of mine has one in his pawn shop/music store. It is sunburst with a tort guard
    & the bridge has been replaced with a Fender brand with brass saddles. It has a maple
    neck with satin finish & the frets are larger than vintage. I'm not the biggest fan of im-
    ports,but it sounds very good indeed. :cool:

    It is a tele style. Anyone else???

    I LOVE G&L tributes! I have two ASATs and a Legacy - the teles sound and play just awesome. It's killed anything fender for me except the higher end stuff.

    I had (2) ASAT Tribute Specials for awhile and they were really nice guitars. I bought them used for $300 or so may years ago. USA MDF pickups were nice. Great bang for the buck.
