Anyone else find that the semi-hollow asat's are consistently great instruments.

I bought a semi-hollow classic custom from GKoelling and it's incredible. Not to mention just plain sexy

The Classic Custom is a great design.

I've got 5 USA G + Ls; none of mine happen to be a semi-hollow yet, but that is bound to change with the new emphasis on 'em at the plant. And you just gotta be patient, and pick the great guitars over the good ones.

I had a Tribute ASAT Semi Hollow and it was indeed a very good guitar. For the money (about $400) there was nothing in its league.

The tribute guitars are the best instruments for anywhere near the price point.

I like my Tribute. The neck pickup is now a TV Jones. This guitar has become my favorite strat.

I've always wanted to play a semi hollow, z-3 Asat (or semi-hollow comanche which seems to be available now).

I've got a comanche at home, but something tells me those pickups would really shine in a semi-hollow.
Anyone had a chance to play or own one?
