Garage Band?

    My buddy just got Garage Band for his Mac and it's loads of fun. Is there a similar product out there for PC?

    I don't think any PC product has the ease of use or slick interface, but I would think that "Acid" and "fruity loops" (which I think is no longer made) fit the bill.

    Expensive, but Ableton's Live is a load of fun.

    I downloaded all the demo versions of recording software I could find. Ableton by far was the easiest for me to understand and the most fun. I just ordered the M-Audio Fast Track Pro from Sweetwater today. It comes with Ableton Lite. After I get used to the lite version I'll upgrade to the full version. I'll be using it on a new Dell laptop I ordered. I'm pretty damn exicited! :dude
