I finally locate a copy of this book with the cd and the cd is beyond playable to the fact that I cant get it out of my car changer. If this is not against the forum rules, can anyone lend me theirs for one day? I will pay the shipping theire and back. This way I can learn the whole thing overnite if ya get my drift.
