GAS'ing for a Dean ML '79 Series! Help me!!!

The finish is beautiful, ML's just look killer, and aside from the fact that I'm not a Pantera fan (everybody sees an ML and thinks Dimebag Darrel), it seems like the perfect axe for me...

Anybody have one, played one at GC, anything? How do they feel, neck action, etc. Pickups can be swapped out, no biggee if I don't care for 'em...Well?????

I dig 'em. They're generally lighter than you expect them to be. For that amount of money, I wouldn't think twice. People spend more than that on a set of pickups.

For the money, the 79 series is a killer guitar.

My son had one of those. Band for the buck was insane. If that was my style I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Really great guitars and played and sounded wonderful.
