You guys realize this guitar is 20+ years old
I wonder if anyone bought it during that time.
I may be the odd one out, but that looks awesome. Expect it to turn up in a few music videos. Awesome unique look. Neck pup is a nice difference. Price is crazy of course.
Sh*t like this is why Gibson is 520 million in debt...........
New old stock? Check the serial number. I remember these when they came out in the 90s. There's no way Gibson is making more of these now with identical specs as the 40 guitars they made back then. That's dumb even for Gibson.
EDIT: I guess based on the case and COA, that is a new production guitar. I stand corrected. That's truly insane that they are making more of these.
What I don't understand is why only a neck pick-up? It will never be played as a jazz guitar . . .
wait, it will never be played - it's just for collectors
Lol only $7000 after tax.
Which bigsby would fit best on this?
I'd actually play it. Not really an SG at all, definitely don't hate it.
WTF is that?
A lifestyle brand
Next up....Harley Davidson, NASCAR and Budweiser SG's!
not for seven thousand dollars
Not even for seven HUNDRED dollars...
I was in a couple of music stores this morning killing time. Epiphone does a much better job of making guitars that people actually want to play.
I would imagine the Corvette tribute is much more reliable & faster playing.
Not feelin it at all. Wow.
Needs bright yellow racing stripes.
