Gibson ES 175 Repair Question

I recently bought a 2011 (New) Gibson ES 175 from Sam Ash in NYC. The guitar is a burst with gold hardware. The neck was found to be cracked behind the nut by an excellent luthier. It's his opinion that the guitar was purchased and brought back to the store or a hack Sam Ash luthier did a frankenstein adjustment.

I have to bring the guitar back tomorrow. If they replace it from Gibson will the new one have a two piece rosewood fretboard now?
