gibson ga30rvt tech. reverb problems. help?

im troubleshooting my friends amp.its an old ga-30rvt.the pan,transfomer tubes are good.i have all the right voltages on the tubes.but i have input to the driver 12au7 tube on pin 5 but no out on pin 6? i checked caps and resistors for opens or shorts but all check ok? i get a little reverb spring noise when i touch the springs.but thats it.gain increases to the inout tube as i turn the reverb control up.its like the tube is bad but its not? where should i look.

how do you know the tank and cables are good? (just checking)

Does that model have a reverb driver transformer (like a Fender)? I don't remember.
