Big interest in this thread. I'm seriously considering an R9. R8 is in the equation too - just not sure which direction to go. . .
I found r7s to sound better than bothDon't tell the R8 guys, but R9s always seem to sound a little better. Yes I have owned both and love the big R8 neck.....but R9 every day of the week for me. The extra $$ is worth it.
