These are my first thoughts.
Kind of Blue is nice and pleasing and a great introduction the how great and accessible jazz can be.
Years ago, I worked in a shop where we would take turns controlling the radio. And when folks started getting out of hand, I’d bring in my deluxe box set of Bitches Brew.......
Only one other person would appreciate my “sophisticated” tastes........
