I just finished assembling this killer esquire. My first complete build, and I'm LOVING IT!
Here's the parts list

•Gold MOP Paulownia body from GFS
• Squier Classic Vibe Custom neck (my favorite Tele neck!)
•GFS Lil' Puncher bridge pickup
•500k Alpha Pots
•Wilkinson vintage style bridge
•Custom pickguard from Warmouth

I'm totally loving it and figured I'd share the build with you fellow guitar fanatics!
I'm already feeling the itch to start another one! Haha
I hope y'all enjoy!

Thanks, guys!
Yeah, I've never owned a top loader, so I figured I'd give her a whirl.
I'm really digging this pickup too! It's crunchy and can still twang in all the right ways, without being harsh and brittle, like some Tele bridge pickups.

I'm not really into "pretty" guitars, but this thing will look killer in the stage lights! ☺️

I like the approach.

No switch options though?

I'm really digging the three way with "cocked wah" for my Esquire these days.

Gas-man, no switch yet. I've had esquire with a three-way, and never used anything other than the volume or tone. I wanted the rawest form of an esquire, without actually just wiring the pickup to the switch. Haha

Thanks, openG!

jetydosa, I'll gladly build you one. Send me all your money. Haha

The pickguard was predrilled when I got it. I hate to leave the holes empty. I think 5-holes would've been PLENTY!
