So I have liked what I've heard from these amps for quite some time now.
I'm mainly a 6V6 guy though, so I have my reservations.
I can pick up a MK2 1x12 combo, with tremolo and reverb, for $1100.00 to my door.
So all the Goodsell owners/lovers...please convince me to spend some moola! :)

Jump on it. That's a good price for a great amp, especially since it includes trem and reverb.

At that price it's definitely worth a try. Great amp.

Good price! I just got my Goodsell Super 7 Plus a few weeks ago and it's a smokin' amp! Richard really does good work. I'm also a 6V6 guy but the cleans from his amps are not your typical icepicky EL84 bright. They are very refined.

I hate to rock the boat here, Richard is a really nice guy but I really don't like his amps much at all. I've tried several of them and they all leave me flat...best sounding Goodsell I've ever played was a 1x12 6V6 loaded combo at GC Atlanta and as good as it was it still didn't just blow me away.

Depends what you are looking for, which you didn't stipulate. if you are looking for a Rock amp, look elsewhere, IMO, the Goodsell sounds great with strats, played either clean or mildly dirty. Used that way it is wonderful, with a very natural, sweet, balanced sound. It doesn't do Dumble or Marshall stuff very well at all.
Reminds me a lot of Bernie Raunig's Filmosounds- maybe not as thick sounding.

I have tried my share of low wattage amps. Thus far, the Goodsell is my favorite. You can tell that Richard worked on Hammond Organs..

Absolutely gorgeous low end tones with sweet, thick, chimey high end.

    Great amps!
