the guy is asking for my sheraton $150 and im just wodering if this is a good deal? bd deal? great deal?

ive always wanted to try a MIJ paul. but i havent had a chance yt. it also has the upgraded 496 and 500T's in there. and the seller claims that it DOES have a long neck tenon.

Good deal IMO if you want an LP and don`t need the Sheraton.

Everything you want to know is on the Japanaxe forum. Nice bunch of people too. I've owned a pile of MIJ LP's. Very nice guitars for the price. Don't get twisted up in the different specs, it doesn't really mean much.

    after some researdch...

ive realized that greco began to dissolve in about 1990 (the year this guitar was made)

are these late greco's any good?

"Greco" is just a brand name, not the name of a manufacturer. Most Grecos from the late 1970s through 1980s were made at the FujiGen factory in Japan, one of the best guitar manufacturers in the world, IMO. I do know that some Grecos were made at other factories too, and I'm not sure about a later model. But I'd research whether the Grecos were still being made in Japan. 1990 seems like it's long enough ago that they probably were still MIJ.
