I want to replace the bridge/tailpiece combo on my Electromatic Pro Jet with a wraparound style bridge but I can't find one with the right (2.9", 74mm) stud spacing.

    Does anything exist?

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but there is an aftermarket bar bridge called a Tru Arc which is made for Gretsches. I think there is even one made with holes that you might be able to use as a wraparound. Google it, or go to the Gretsch Pages http://gretschpages.com/ and you can find info.
