I'm assuming you're referring to the Wet Willie version. Ain't nuttin' but I, IV and V with a few bIIIs and a bVI. In the key of G, that would be G, C, D, Bb and Eb. Just put them where they belong.

Then you must hear Little Willie John's version. It's different--I like Milton's version, too, but LWJ was sick singer with remarkable talent.
