I'm waiting for the TGP anguished cries for NE to vacate a minimum of 8 Super Bowls. Members need to identify their affiliation and if Jerry Jones fans, their rationale for nominating him as World Citizen of the Millennium.

It’s a deferred prosecution, which means that if he doesn’t follow through on all the conditions like community service, he can get prosecution started up again.

History dictates that the balls were deflated, the blame obviously falls on the equipment managers.

How is this possible? Admit he could be proven guilty, but not get prosecuted? Is the operative word - 'could'?

Same deal was offered to everyone the cops picked up. Using Kraft's name gave the press a headline people will read.

...because playing hardball would be too much work for an uncertain outcome that might damage the prosecutor's shiny resume.

Exactly, it’s just a misdemeanor, not a big deal legally.

Exactly. I would be interested to see what a typical sentence is for this in the state. I’d be surprised if Kraft got off any easier than most.

And most don’t face the level of public shaming, Like poor Pee Wee, All he did was pull his Pee wee.

I'm interested to see the NFL's stance on this deal. If he pleads guilty, but is not convicted as guilty, is he still punished by the league? Jim Irsay got 6 games & $500k for his DWI, but he plead guilty and was convicted.

Is it just me or is Kraft starting to look like Natureboy Ric Flair?
