Guitar gloss oops

I recently got a tung-oil finish guitar. I was changing strings, adjusting the action and intonation, etc., and polished it with GHS Guitar Gloss like I normally do.
Except... the Guitar Gloss got into the pores of the wood and dried white. I'd forgotten that tung-oil finishes don't fill the pores.
So... what's the best way to get the dried stuff out of the wood pores without damaging the finish? Soft brush and water? Windex? Any ideas?
Thanks!

also, water!

in fact, one of my go-to cleaning solutions is a paper towel with naphtha and water on it; the naphtha usually dissolves what the water won't and vice versa, all totally finish-safe.
