Guitarist's Desk Reference of Tone

Does anyone have a link to where I could get the latest edition of Guitarist's Desk Reference of Tone. I tried Amazon and couldn't find it. The paperback version is OK but a leatherbound edition with the silver filagree script and rosewod presentation box works for me too.

I've never heard of this book, and a Google search didn't return any results. It sounds interesting, though!
