Can I effectively use the Seymour duncan diagram for 2 humbuckers, independent volumes and 1 tone, but just swap out the neck bucker for a single coil and the associated volume pot for a 250k?

What value tone pot would you use with that?

Bridge humbucker is a BKP nailbomb, the neck is a SD SSL2.

    That should work fine.

Although if it was me....I'd ditch the second volume. Go 500K, both audio taper pots for volume and tone (I hate linear tapers), with .033 Mallory cap, as well as treble bleed mod.... and just wire in a or 4 or 5 way super switch so you can get parallel, split coil with neck, series, single coil, etc? A lot more versatile with lots more tones.
