I've always been a big fan of them. I have two: semi Artist w/P-90's and a Studio, which is a LP style w/2 hums. I'm really wanting a korina Jr. That will be my next purchase. Anyone else have a Hamer?

Hamer guitars are great.

I have owned more than 20 of them over the years! lol .. from 70's Sunbursts and a Standard to the current models. The new ones are especially impressive. I would put my custom order Newport Pro against any guitar if it's type. It's that good.

I have a Hamer Echotone with a trapeeze tailpiece. I'd like to upgrade the pickups and electronics, but other than that it's a pretty decent guitar.

I've owned several and every one of them was an incredible guitar.
I currently only have one guitar and it's a Hamer, the Studio on the left in the first pic.
The other pics are Hamers I've previously owned.

I have an '92 Hamer, Special. It's a great guitar, but I wish the neck was bigger. I've also owned a '93 Special and a '96 Eclipse.

Here's my '92 Special in the somewhat rare color of Limed Mahogany:

I wish I could afford a USA Hamer, but alas that is not where I'm at right now. But I absolutely love my Korean made Echotone. (I'm looking for some DiMarzio 36th Anniversary PAFs to put in it right now.) This thing sings.

If you like Hamer, you have to check out Jol Dantzig's Hamer workshop blog: photos, videos, and stories of stuff they're working on. So cool!
