    One of my favorite holidays, I celebrated last night with some Margaritas, I also open my Christmas Presents on Christmas Eve!

    I had forgotten until just a few moments ago. Hmmm...good excuse for some beer and tacos.

    It's interesting that most folks don't know what Cinco de Mayo celebrates. And it's not a big deal in Mexico.

    There wouldn't be a Cinco De Mayo without France so I'm making coq au vin tacos and a cocktail made with mezcal and St. Germain.
