Harmonizer Setting

I want to play "Those Shoes" by The Eagles and want to use a harmonizer for the twin talk box guitars that go through the song. I can't figure out what key do I set the harmonizer to. I think the guitars are a fourth apart but of course that is only half of the info needed for the harmonizer.

Thanks!

The harmony is in E dorian (the notes of D major), but it's not all fourths. The first part, over the Em chord, is as you've stated, a fourth interval (the ascending part). The descending part (still over the Em) is a third interval. When the chords change to G A C and B it's fourths again... BUT from the second verse, the bottom voice shifts up an octave, making the interval a fifth, and the descending part a sixth. Hope your harmonizer has presets, or a way to change the interval mid-riff ;-)
This was just a quick listen, so if I'm wrong, someone set me straight! :)
