I have just read that one of my favorite guitarists, Andrew York, has a series of books out. Anybody seen these, or picked one up?

    Peace

    Are you a classical guitarist?

If you can read music there are probably better books on jazz by jazz guitarists, like the Berklee methods or Ted Greene's books on soloing.

I haven't seen the books, but there are some reviews out there. One that says that the buyer wished that it had gone into more detail.

Don't know man. You should buy it and then post a review up here! But think of it this way: would you prefer to learn about 18th Century guitar music from Joe Pass or Pavel Steidl?

Can you point me to those reviews...that's what I'm looking for here.

I just am a York fan. Who cares about jazz.

Yeah, I just googled the title of the book because I enjoy Andrew's music too. Check out a few of the links and you might find a review or two...
