Haven't seen this asked before: Does anybody clone the Vox AC30 normal channel?

It seems to me that the Top Boost channel of a vintage AC30 is the holy grail of tone to many. But, what if you're looking for the normal channel. Does anybody do a faithful recreation of one?

Additionally, does anybody do a faithful recreation of the normal channel, cranked at about half the volume of the original?

Just listened to some clips of the AC20. Wow. I think I have a bad, bad case of GAS now.

Jackson Britain 30 has the normal and top boost channels. I recently got one and am looking forward to gigging with it. Sounds great.

The Dr. Z Stang Ray replicates the normal channel exactly: v1:EF86, v2 phase inverter:12AX7, 4 EL84, and GZ34 rectifier.

    Volume, Tone, and cut.

I have this amp and love it.

I have built one like that, but with the 12AX7 normal channel. That is my personal favorite. 64' Circuit of an AC30

Angry ... no. But it can get intimidating. I have two other amps that can get both angry and pissed.

The Stang Ray is for my clean playing primarily. It can do a FANTASTIC "A Hard Day's Night" opening chord.

    Why, yes they do :)

Just picked this up a few days ago - it's supposedly the last Brit that's gonna be made, and it has a 12AX7 Normal Channel and the standard Top Boost. It's an amazing sounding amp, and I'm using the normal channel much more than I thought I would.

The Brian May "Reissue" AC30 is the normal channel as well. Great sounding, handwired, blue speakers, and not to bad for price used.

    As mentioned here:
    Dr. Z Stangray
    Morgan AC20
Hayseed 30 has a Top Boost and Normal channel
Some of the Matchless and BlackCat amps

    (Very) honorable mention:
The Dr. Z Mazerati was based off of an AC30 normal input
