Having an issue with my Pitchfactor (user error likely)

I seem to be experiencing this thing where I try to save presets (push down on the rotation knob till it says 'Saved' and then when I scroll through to that preset, the sound of the Pitchfactor just doesn't switch to it at all. I'm not sure what is going on, heh.

Hard to tell without more info but you need to be out if banking mode to adjust/store presets (hold the tap button to get out if banking mode).

I still refer to the manual for anything beyond basic tweaks! It is worth getting the latest manual pdf as it has correct instructions for features in newer firmware IIRC like preset naming etc. Hope that helps.
