Is there an all in one programmable device that can control muliple effects loops and switch heads? Midi or not?

I dont know of one unit which does it all. but companies like CAE and skrydstrup do effect switchers and head switcher.

A midi programmable signal router will do that: Yamaha PLS1 (cheap, but you've got to patch it externally), 360 Systems midi controlled patch bay, Raxess, CAE-all have products that'll do it IIRC. The Yamaha is definitely the price leader, at around $100, although it'll only do 3 loops simultaneously (12 loops total) and 4 amp outputs. It will allow you to bring the signal back into the router from some of the heads effects sends to reprocess.

+1 to the Tonebone Headbone! Not sure which one you'd want, but Tonebone's stuff is top quality and very reliable.

    can't control multiple loops, though

I believe the HS-2 Head Switcher has been discontinued.

Check out the toneczar stuff. You can have multiple amps and multiple effects loops, and it uses an expression pedal to blend between the two. Really cool stuff, albeit pricey.

Check out the clips on their website.

No, I think it's just being revamped and made ready for a new version-release.

    That's what the site says.

Is there an ABY router that is Midi controlled too?

I owned a Lehle D. Loop at one point. It was a great box. Built like a tank! I didn't realize he could put Midi in a Dual too.

Are you sure? When I contacted Axess a few weeks ago with a question concerning what kind of signal level(s) the HS-2 could handle, Mario replied saying it was no longer available. No mention of a re-design.
