the amps that i know that they are very good until 40W and combos are:

    carr

    matchless(head)
    fuchs(head)
    rivera quiana(head)

    but i think i prefer head...and 6L6 tubes

Sorry I thought you wanted 40W of clean. A 40W amp wont give you 40W clean, but a 100W Holland Brentwood can deliver 40W clean. In general I find enough clean headroom in a 50W amp to suit my purpose, but I would estimate that at around 30-35W of clean.

In my experience, Holland has made great sounding combo cabs. I had a Bogner cube .. it got whupped by my Brentwood combo (though that was a 2x12)
It does use 6L6 tubes (my favorite for clean sound)

    EXACTLY!until 50watts i can reach and i know that is not a big difference between 50w and 100w but i want 50w...

i have never played until now amp with EL34 that he had clean sounds like an amp with 6L6.germino club 40 had fantastic cleans but again there no...fenderish clean.
i don t like the clean from matchless and marshall amps compared with fender.
i was also very curious which is the difference at the clean channel between EL84 vs 6L6 tubes so that maybe i could start looking for amps with EL84 also.i haven t played with a good amp with EL84...

Holland basically gets great Fender cleans.
I have yet to hear an EL84 amp with great Fender like cleans don't think its meant to be that way.
Although if you go for better tubes, you get better cleans and better headroom (see my 6V6 Brimar experience)

I have a 40 watt Fargen Blackbird. It does Fender clean well. You can get it in just a head. It has 2 6L6 instead of 2 6V6.

I have a blackface bandmaster that runs 40 watts. It's really clean and it stays clean until you get up there on the volume knob. with the GT6l6gc's. I've used it in a cover band situation playing along with a guy using a 100w carvin combo. I kept up fine and the amp was still clean.

I have a Fargen Blackbird 40 as well and highly recommend it. I think the clips on Fargen's site are of the 6v6 version. I like the way my 40 sounds better than the clips, bigger, fuller sound and the clean sustain is adicting. Loves pedals too, my Tim and Zendrive sound unbelievably good through it.
