The electric division of Klein (owned and operated by Lorenzo German) hasn't been producing instruments for several years now. There have been reports that Steve Klein, the originator of the design, may be producing electrics again in the future, but supposedly they will not be headless. Used Kleins often fetch $4,000+ on the used market, which is the only place you'll find one at this point.
Odd. A few years back I bought one of those inexpensive Steinberger Spirits for travel and it would stay in tune for weeks! I've never seen such tuning stability.
