What I'm looking for is something to plug into the end of my pedalboard (it includes an MS-50G with amp sims that I don't normally use) so that I could do some late night noodling with headphones.
I can't find anything small and simple. Any ideas?

Have you tried simply plugging headphones into the MS50? I used to use my Tech 21 Liverpool as a headphone amp.
    I used a 1/4" male - 1/8" female adapter.

If you have an amp sim just plug it into a receiver and use phones.

I don't have an honest to God pedalboard but a plank with my pedals strapped to it. From that I go into a pocket pod. I have a lot of really nice old amps but 99% of the time I use the pocket pod. I think I bought mine used for 50 bucks. I always use A clean model, I think it is the jazz chorus with the chorus turned off. I can run my headphones as well as a line in from my laptop for jamming along with MP3s. If it ever died I would buy another pocket pod in a heartbeat. I have tried the Dunlop headphone amp with one knob and I was really not impressed.

That sounds like a literal pedal board to me.

Does anyone make a Bluetooth-enabled (wireless) headphone amp?

+1 on the Pocket Pod! I had one briefly. It did not suit my needs so I returned it. I never considered it for the use the OP is looking for. I think it would be perfect.

I think Blackstar has a new Bluetooth small amp called the I-Beam. There's some youtube clips on it.

Palmer Pocket Amp is sweet for ~ $100 - I own one, and adore it

EHX headphone amp is simpler and 1/2 the price - These have peaked my interest for ultimate compact-ness, but I have not tried one out yet
