First time poster of music on TGP....We were not a chistian band(3 peice w/vox)..however we did have this tune "Heaven" that was a song we would start shows with. I was going thru old stuff (early 80' thru the late 90's) and this turns out to be a cool lil rock tune. Since this is TGP; Amp is a mark3 boogie long head and a 800 A 4/12 cab. Guitar is a '89 Japanese Fender Strat w/EMGs.. Live to 2 track(DAT) so no overdubs and 1 take so its not "perfect"/ timing hops alittle on the intro..they were not interested in perfection just for our catalog/tunes..anyways thought I'd share :) Rock on

Dude, I lived in Orlando in the 90's. My band did a show with you guys I think. I think it was either the place on OBT that was doing shows or it might have been the Station. Cant remember that much but once I heard the song I remembered you guys.

Yeah I remember it pretty well now. You guys had a really good band.

Oh wait Donn, its all coming back to me. Thats freakin where I know you from. Gregg is the drummer! He actually played with me in Floyd Miles band.

D'mitris' Invention was the band I was in and then I got in a trio with Jimmy Miller and Gene Dunn. The trio moved on to back Floyd and then Gregg came in. Gregg and I roomed up when we did gigs with Floyd. He is an awesome person and again, he is a great drummer. I was doing Disney gigs during that whole time too. Great to see you on here!

Wow! Warren passed? Holy crap. I need to contact Floyd I guess. Warren was a killer player, engineer etc... Loved that Super Reverb he played through. He just cranked it!

Thanks for posting the clip. It brought back a bunch of memories. You guys really were one of O-Towns best offerings.

Wow was that Jimmy Miller on bass ? Because if it was he worked with me also ! Gregg's told me about some of the jukes you guys played ! He also said you were great to work with and a excellent player ! Warren was a hell of a player. I played at a jam(Sanford/ The Ally) with him a little while before he passed..as thin and frail as he was he still had a spark..Nice seeing you here.. I will tell Gregg I talked to ya !

Yeah it was me and Warren on guitars and Jimmy on Bass and Gregg on drums. That was a great band I tell ya and I learned more doing that gig about being on stage and playing and stuff from Floyd than I could anywhere else. Floyd is a monster showman. I remember it could be a small club of 100 folks or a bit larger at say 500 and he would pack that joint every time.

I sent Gregg a friend request on Facebook just a few minutes ago. Yeah Gregg was fun to be in the band with and as you surely know, Mr Miller is not just some great bass player but he is probably the best musician I ever worked with. That guy can write a great song and Ill be damned if he doesnt know every single song every recorded LOL
