    Hey Mark,
Welcome. Those are some fine looking projects you got there. What's up with the LA-2A. Is that a kit or did you build that from scratch??

Yea, I tend to go pretty detailed once I jump in. Never really like doing anything twice. Its like creating art for me.

The LA2A was from scratch more or less. I had schematics and a build book I found on the internet. Got parts from all over. Chassis design & build was all mine.

yea not too original I suppose...but actually your not at my house, your at your house...conversely I'm not at your house, I'm at my house. With this logic we can never be in the same place ;-)

I have used Weber Blue Pup AlNiCo and ceramics and Wever Silver Ten ceramics in several different applications. Currently I have 1 Blue Pup ceramic and one Silver Ten ceramic only in a Marshall 1965B, 4 X 0" cab, leaving the other speaker holes empty in a quasi detuned design. I am getting a nice cross of Marshall/VOX sounds with a lot of sparkle and jangle as well. I also use an RC Booster as a mainstay.

    Welcome, Jim
