    Hi everybody,
I work for Eventide Audio and have always dug the culture of The Gear Page. In an effort to connect with musicians and help out with any questions, I just joined as a supporting member. Feel free to reach out to me.

    Hi there.

I way dig my H9. Got a second one that I'm slow to incorporate into the pedal board but I can't wait to run the two together.

BTW my first H9 was bought as a brand new H9 MAX from a Reverb vendor. The box seemed brand new and unopened and the documentation clearly identified it as a MAX. Well at some point I noticed that it wasn't, and it took me waaayy longer to realize this than it should have. Well, some months ago I emailed Eventide with pictures of the unit, serial # and packaging. They checked and it was registered as a non MAX, I forget what. Anyway Eventide took care of it and changed it into their system as a MAX they way it ought to have been, which made me very happy indeed. Great customer service!

Welcome! Longtime Eclipse user here. It’s possibly my favourite piece of rack gear ever made.

Bob, great call-back! Eventide chocolate is a rarity these days but I did see a bar on somebody's desk not too long ago.
