Haha, that's great. Post a pic!
I didn't know Eventide was in Little Ferry.
About 3 towns over. I'll have to check out the merchandise.
Yep a lot of people from NJ here.
I don't have anything from Eventide.
Eventide H9000 and Eclipse user! Loving the Eventide effects
I go back to the 910 and 949. Great units that sounded like nothing else. Have used the more modern stuff in studios, but got away from my rack system stuff after the 80s. Still kinda lust for an H9 Max tho....welcome to TGP!
Welcome to TGP!
I'll be buying your iOS apps Real Soon Now.
Love Eventide product. Eclipse user.
For me, The Gear Page is as good as it gets.
Great, smart people you will find here. A little more sophisticated than many other places.
Sure it's got it's share of not so great, but well moderated. Mods do a great job.
I love it here.
Love my H9. Does Eventide have any plans for a plug-in version (or a plug-in with similar capabilities)?
Welcome to TGP Orville.
Here you go:
That's the B/S with the sampler board. When the soft switches became intermittent, we drained the ferrofluid out of them and found out that they work fine dry. Oh, the stuff I've done with that unit. Back in 1979, at the studio of the college where I studied recording engineering, we had a 910 with a keyboard.
I have owned as many as 3 H9s and had 2 of them on the same board before.
If I knew how to program it to make it work with a midi controller. I'd be dangerous. I have even used the H9 as an outboard reverb on a large ish PA rig.
I have a quick question about H9 Max. The description says it comes with 99 presents but over 500 available. Can I import all 500 and have them ready or the unit has only 99 slots so in order to import new presets I have to use one of the 99 slots?
I think I already answered this on the other thread but in case you missed it...
You can load 99 presets at a time into the unit. All of them are viewable from the app (iOS, Android, & desktop). At any time you can load a preset from your device to the H9 Max. You are also able to save entire preset lists so for example you can have your favorite 99 rock n' roll presets as one list, and your favorite 99 polka presets as another. Then before the gig you can load whichever makes sense.
