    So Ive basically decided to start from scratch on a new live board. It cant be too big and it doesnt need to rival the Edges endless versatilty.

    1. I play mainly Les Paul Hybrid type guitars. Humbuckers

    2. Id like to keep it under 8 pedals

    So far this is what Ive picked up:

    1. NYC Pedalboards is building me a fresh board based on the gigman size with the 2nd tier

    2. UPS man just delivered a sweet Diamond J-Drive OD/Boost

    3. I just picked up a TC NOVA Delay

    `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
    Whats next?
    P.S I am on the Tim list. Probably around CHRISTMAS
    I would like a Volume Pedal. One with next to no tone suck if possible. Ill check out the Boss but I dont want to effect tone too much
    The pitch Black is on my radar. I demo'd the new Hardwire Digitech tuner. It was very good, direct bypass and less than 100 bucks
    I'm going to be using this board for a specific gig that mainly plays in the vein of Classic Rock, R&B, Funk, Blues Pretty traditional 5 piece band augmented with horns. My other guitarist is a Fender guy which is why I will be using the AC30 / Les Paul Hybrids on this gig
    ha I see where your going..... Im thinking one delay is enough for this board, but I think the chorus could be crucial. Analog man chorus or something along the lines of the TC Modulator which could also give me other modulations and stored presets? Ive always loved the original TC Chorus. Havent tried the Nova version in the Modulator. I was very impressed with the Nova delay bang for the buck. They didnt have the Mod or I would have demo'd that as well....
    Ive made the choice for workhorse OD with the JDrive. Amazing satisfaction already.
    Have the OD and Delay set.
    I think a Modulator of some kind and a "melt the face" lead box are in order
