help determining potentiometer values

I bought a set of aldriches to have installed on a les paul axcess. I am trying to determine pot values of the axcess pots as shown in the pic so I can buy new pots if necessary and bring to tech for install.
I have a feeling if I put a multimeter in the right places in the photo I can determine the values, but have no idea where.
Any help would be appreciated.

In order to get an accurate reading of the values the pots must be isolated from the rest of the circuit, otherwise the meter will read the value of everything that it "sees" in the circuit.

Anyway, the measuring points are the two outer lugs on each pot.

they're probably the typical gibson 300k linear volumes, so just bag them for 500k audios like they should be.

you can easily measure once the old pickups are removed from the pot lugs.
