Help ID'ing this Hammond Conversion amp

Supposedly an AO-35 conversion, similar to an amp named after an old volkswagen by a famous doctor. Im no amp tech, does that look correct? Guts look new to my eyes, and good quality. What is this worth??

Yup, that looks like a ghia. Look at how the tone control is wired.
