Based on the 103B marking I would guess it’s a 10K linear pot (103 designating 10K, the B designating linear taper).

That 103 does mean 10 kOhm. The 'B' may be log taper... for some reason it looks like that parameter is used different on their 11mm series and 12mm series. You'd probably have to get that geared bushing off to see what's underneath, taking careful measurements of the shaft. They have a few models that look the same, and I didn't see anything that made sense of "445C".

If you could find someone at Zoom who could tell you what it is, they may just send you one. And it may be possible that it's a custom run with a shaft made for that gear.
